Judy Mills Sullivan
Silver City Dance Center Owner & Teacher
A native of Berkley, MA, she has danced since the age of 3, studying with Carole Miller in Taunton. She started teaching her dance classes at the age of 15 and found her true calling in life. Judy graduated with a BA in Theatre and Dance from Shenandoah University in Winchester, VA. After college, she moved to NYC where she performed on the steps of Federal Hall in a Musical by Jonathan Larson called JP Morgan Saves the Nation, and also toured around the Southern US/East Coast with A Christmas Carol. She opened up SCDC in 2001 to inspire the next generation of dancers.
During the past 2 years, she has participated in ‘online school’ and has taken many interactive seminars to continue her education: business, finance, preschool dance, child behavior and development and Tap History, among others. This Fall she will continue her online studies and will be working towards her I.D.E.A. Certification. She is currently certified by test to teach through Acrobatic Arts for Acro, the Dance Teachers Club of Boston and the American Society, Dance Masters of America in Ballet, Tap, and Jazz and continues to participate in continuing education seminars through their organizations. She is extremely proud to be celebrating over 20 years as a business owner in Downtown Taunton.

Jenna Carl
Silver City Dance Center Teacher
Hailing from Easton, MA, Jenna has been dancing since she was four years old. Beginning her career at Dance Express in Easton, she studied Ballet, Tap, Jazz, and Contemporary. Jenna was a part of their Competitive Dance Company and established her love for teaching dance when she served as a student demonstrator for several years. Before high school graduation, Jenna was one of three dancers out of forty to receive the highest amount of money for a scholarship audition from the Greater Brockton Dance Teachers Association.
Jenna received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the Dean College School of Dance in Franklin, MA. In 2008 Jenna became a teacher at Silver City Dance Center where she fell in love with the art of teaching and expressing her creativity. Since joining SCDC, Jenna has become an experienced teacher and choreographer, along with numerous dances for the annual recital, she created and choreographed 2 large production numbers, has crafted many handmade dance props/costumes and has begun making her own "Miss Jenna Action Songs" that range from improvisation exercises to themed songs to support the developing dancer! Her favorites being her "Musical Theater Listening Activities" and "Miss Jenna's Disney Mix!"
Jenna is proud to be part of a studio that is a member of many positive dance organizations and committed to growing and evolving with every developing dancer and child. Jenna has participated in many Dance seminars and trainings for continuing education and has two years of experience as a certified ZUMBA® Fitness instructor.

Megan Bubier
Silver City Dance Center Teacher
Megan Bubier began her journey with Silver City Dance Center as a student when she was 3 years old and continued dancing with the studio competitively and recreationally until she graduated from Taunton High School in 2018. While dancing at Silver City, Megan won the Meaghan Noel Performing Arts Scholarship, as well as the Dance Master of New England Chapter 5/Dean College Scholarship. Megan is thrilled to be back with Silver City as a member of the faculty!
Megan is a recent graduate of Dean College where she earned her B.A. in Dance and her A.S. in Early Childhood Education. In addition to working at Silver City, she is a Lead Preschool Teacher at the Dean College Children’s Center, where she spent time as a student teacher and obtained her Early Childhood Education certification. Megan is honored to be a faculty member at Silver City Dance Center and hopes to inspire the next generation of future dancers like she was while dancing here.

Melissa Dos Reis
Silver City Dance Center Teacher
Melissa began her dance training as a student of Silver City Dance Center at the age of 3, continuing through her high school graduation in 2019. She then returned as an alumnus to assist and substitute teach classes before joining the SCDC faculty as a teacher in 2021. Melissa is currently finishing her Bachelor's in Dance at Bridgewater State University, where she continues to explore her passion for dancing, teaching, and choreographing. Throughout her time at BSU, Melissa has actively performed and choreographed for multiple WinterDance showcases, while also working as a lighting designer for Dance Kaleidoscope 2022.
Alongside her SCDC and BSU dance training, Melissa also studied Latin and ballroom dance from the ages of 13 to 20 and participated in many showcases and community events as a result. She still returns to the ballroom studio for an occasional class to continue her professional development.
Melissa currently works as a dance teacher on the South Shore, using her skills to help in dance curriculum development and to bring the joy of dance to younger dancers. Melissa is honored to share her passion for dance and movement with students of all ages across Southeastern Massachusetts and is grateful to return to SCDC each year to learn and explore alongside her dance family.
