FAQS

Please review with your dancers.

All guidelines are fluid and subject to change at any time should there be any changes in Government Mandates.

 

  1. We ask that you limit the amount of people who enter with your dancer.

  2. Parents must conduct their own health assessment of their dancer at home. NO ONE MAY ENTER THE BUILDING IF THEY ARE EXHIBITING ANY SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19 OR HAVE BEEN EXPOSED TO COVID-19.

    1. To participate or attend:  participants, volunteers, coaches and spectators must show no signs or symptoms of COVID-19 for 5 days.

    2.  If any individual develops symptoms of COVID-19 during the activity, they should promptly inform organizers and must be removed from the activity and instructed to return home. 

  3. Dancers may not enter the building until 10 minutes before their scheduled class time. If you are too early, you may be asked to leave and wait in your car until the correct time.

  4. All dancers should arrive dressed to dance. Hair must be done at home as well. Bathrooms are still not allowed to be used as changing rooms.

  5. Masks are currently OPTIONAL for all. SCDC reserves the right to change this policy at any time.​

  6. There are sanitizing stations set up for your use.

  7. All belongings must stay with you and put in your dance bag.  They will be given a designated area to place their bag, dance shoes and water bottle. If your dancer doesn’t have a change of dance shoes, then they should not bring anything with them into the lobby except a clearly labeled water bottle.

  8. We do limit class sizes in order to have a safe teacher to dancer ratio.

  9. Each young dancer in Combo classes will have a specially labeled Prop bag that will live at the studio and will only be used by them. All dancers under age 8 will receive a coloring sheet and a sticker to take home.

  10. Combo classes will be changing their shoes IN THE CLASSROOMS.   

  11. We do a deep clean of each dance room each week.

  12. The lost and found box has returned. Please check the box if you have lost something. Items are donated monthly if not claimed.

  13. If you need to pay or sign anything, please call the studio first to verify there is someone available to help you.
